CONFIGURATION GUIDE FOR X-LITE 4.0 (xLite BETA)

Step 1        Download Xlite 4.0 soft phone here:   http://www.nomado.eu/support-download-configure-voip/softphone-sip-parameters-pc-mac-call

Step 2        After creating your Nomado account, you will receive a system generated email for your SIP Parameter information. This contains your SIP Username (Internal Nomado Number) and SIP Password (6 digit, alphanumeric).

Step 3        Click “xlite” and click “Account Settings”

Step 4            Enter the SIP Parameter Information. Take note: Display Name; User Name; and Authorization Name are the same, which is your SIP Username (Internal Nomado Number). On Domain, type sip.nomado.eu  .Click on Domain button on the Domain Proxy.

UserID:            Nomado Internal Number (SIP number)
Display Name:        Nomado Internal Number (SIP number)
Authorization Name:     Nomado Internal Number (SIP number)
Password:        Nomado SIP Password
Domain:        sip.nomado.eu
Stun:            stun01.sipphone.com:3478

Step 5        Click on the <TOPOLOGY> button.  On STUN server, click the <Use specified server>. Then type stun01.sipphone.com:3478 then click on APPLY, then OK.

Note:  Check error codes below if the registration process is not successful.

Now, you’re ready to make calls.

Click  Internet Telephony
Make sure  Use Internet Telephony  has check mark.

Type your Nomado SIP Number  on Internet Number
Type your Nomado SIP Number on User name

Type your Nomado SIP Password

Type “ sip.nomado.eu “ on both boxes for Registrar and Proxy Server

Leave everything  as is, and click  OK

Your configuration should look like this, notice that the 2nd illustration were left empty.

Incredible but true. Young Swedish Janus Friis and Niklas Zennstorm have managed to sell nearly $ 3 billion a name and a user base but not the technology that goes with it… I think the large law firm in Luxembourg must have cold sweat .. Probably they have. They will certainly find the argument that it makes a good buzz

Clearly, if Swedes were not existing, they would have to be invented. A few weeks ago, the government of the country of beautiful blondes find that Skype should be considered as a local phone operator and therefore … pay the right of a registered telephone operator in Sweden … Many countries have already tried this with Skype and as if by chance it is the country of origin that Skype seems to have managed this tour de force of law … Once again eBay and its clique of lawyers should review their strategy .. or their lawyers … But who knows what extreme will prompted Sweden to this decision? Would that our two lascars Janus Friis and Niklas Zennstorm who would not pay enough taxes in this collective appetite for taxes?

In any case, pray that the countries are not as strong as the Internet, which lowers all borders and not ask wb based VoiP operators like nomado, Truphone, mobile-globe and other global services to become standard limited operators
